Booking terms

The guests have the exclusive use of the villa, swimming pool and the surrounding property.

Prices include midweek and final professional cleaning, the use of fine linens, towels and swimming pool towels, and all utilities. Electricity beyond reasonable use will be charged at the end of your stay. Heating, when needed, is paid upon use.

The rental rate is for the entire villa, no matter the number of persons staying: the villa may not be used by more persons than the maximum number indicated for each period. No parties on the premises or external caterers unless by special arrangement with the management.

No pets inside.

No smoking inside.

Rates are quoted in Euro (€) for the villa for 7 nights.

Changeover day: Saturday (departure before 10:30 a.m.; arrival from 3.30 p.m.)

Minimum stay: one week

If you have special requests about arrival or departure dates, contact us and we will find the best solution for all. Different rental lengths can be considered (e.g. long weekends, monthly rentals etc.)

Non-refundable payment of 30% of total cost is due upon reservation, balance due 2 months before stay. In the event of booking cancellation 30 days before rental period, 50 % will be reimbursed. In the event of booking cancellation 29 to 10 days before rental period, 20% will be reimbursed. In the event of booking cancellation 9 days before rental period there will be no reimbursement.

A deposit of € 500 is collected on arrival and will be refunded at departure, subject to inventory inspection and deductions of any damage.
